The 5-Star Ad Lib Bangkok is located directly next to Bumrungrad Hospital and the BTS-Station Ploen Chit which is just a couple of minutes away from the shopping centre of Bangkok. » The Room: Plush Room

The little, but very cute and modern, airconditioned room has a little sitting area in front of the TV with a table and a safe. All in all the hotel is good for a short stay in the city and there’s everything you need in the room. The bathroom is big enough too and is really wonderful :-) We were in Bangkok for only one night, but I can really recommend this hotel to you. It’s located perfectly!

Since the room was a little tiny, it was hard to take pictures. HERE you can take a look at some pictures from their website and I can guarantee you that the rooms look exactly like on the website. I liked the concrete wall – you can find this design anywhere in the hotel – a must have for our Future-House.

» The Hotel: Pool & Fitness

The Highlight of the Ad Lib is the wonderful Infinity Pool on the roof. The view is incredible with all the trees and skyscrapers. I liked the idea where all the daybeds were placed into the water. The water there is not deep – only up to the ankle, but it’s really refreshing, when you get up and put your feet into the water. If you still got energy after a day in the city you can swim some rounds in the pool or use the fitness center.
