Finally, I get to show you some of my office items by Westwing. It felt like an eternety until I ordered, the delivery arrived, the wrong item was returned, and then the new product arrived. The benefit out of this was that I was able to test the return process too. Just to summarize what I ordered at Westwing for my home office. I linked all the products below.

I already told you in my other home office blog posts, I don’t have much space in my second room. Actually, there’s a little office space in my closet, but I wanted a seperate room where I can work in silence. There was no space for a bigger table or another shelf. That’s why I had to find a solution. In the beginning I stacked some white boxes from IKEA and a side table. Then I found this wonderful sidetable by Westwing and fell in love. It really matches the rest of the room.

The side table is the most expensive product from my order. This is because is the shelves are made from steel and the rest is made out of ash wood. When unpacking, I noticed how heavy the pieces are. The table saves a lot of space and you can move it around. The modern design is another great feature. I love it!

When I put together the chair, I wasn’t able to test it directly. Manuel used my office because he had to study. One day I got a message saying “Good Morning, I wanted to say, that the chair is comfy even after studying three hours. Great choice!“ Great! I was really happy to hear this! After a few days, I tested the chair and I have to say that Manuel is right! There are these kind of pieces, they look great and they are functional.For the colder days I got a new wool plaid in pink. The color matches well and is made from norwegian wool – so it’s really warm. Beware: it’s a little scratchy and not super soft.

Now on to all my decorations und cute products from Westwing. I ordered some pretty glasses, a carafe, a notebook, and a serving tray. If it matches well, you can’t say no. Even if the prices are not the cheapest at Westwing, I can really recommend this shop to you! The products are so pretty in each catergory and I love the quality. If you’re looking for high quality, special products, try looking at Westwing.

» Exchange & Customer Service:  Easy & Fast

The side table was delivered in the wring color. Well, that can happen and it happened when packing the parcel, not when sending it. I took a picture of the product when I unpacked it and read about exchanging my product in the FAQ’s of Westwing. The instructions are really easy. All you have to do is to check your order and click on the button “Return.“ You will then receive an E-Mail with a link for a DHL return label. The link did not work, but I called the customer service.

The nice employee asked me if I could take a picture of the product and send it via e-mail. I sent it after talking on the phone. About 20 seconds later, I got a working link for the return label. Fill in your information and print it , put it on your parcel,and bring the parcel to the post office. You won’t have to pay anything extra. Thumbs up for the fast and easy return as well as the friendly, competent and fast customer service.
