Preparation time: 10-15 Minutes
Bake 25 Minutes at 200°C
250 g flour
2 Tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp cornstarch
180 g powdered sugar
1 Pack. Vanilla sugar
4 Eggs
250g melted, cooled down butter
Juice of half an orange
Peel of an orange

- Mix the flour with the baking soda and the starch; sieve the mixture into a closeable container. Add the rest of the ingredients one after another. Mix the eggs before adding. Close the container and shake it for 20-30 seconds. Check if there are still lumps of flour. Put the dough in your baking tin and bake it for 25 minutes at 200°C.
- Soak the cake with a mixture of the juice of half an orange, some water and the dissolved sugar. Remove the cake from the tin and let it cool down.
- Before serving, sprinkle powdered sugar over the cake. Have fun baking and eating!
