I’m usually not a mountain fan. At least not in winter! The snow, the cold and the high mountains makes me feel trapped. But not in summer – I love the mountains in summer whether it’s to hike, walk or chill. This trip began last Monday and I wanted to show you a lot of hotels from my home country.

The first hotel is the Q! Resort Health & SPA  in Kitzbühel. I was so excited, the grass was greener, the clouds were closer– is this really my home? After 4,5 hours driving we arrived.

Our arrival at the hotel was great. The reception greeted us very nicely and we were checked in very quickly. Our room had a wooden floor and smelled like wood and herbs. The Q! Resort Health & SPA is a family business, which is supposed to feel like home for all the guests. The room has two balconies with a great view to the nature pool. The pool looked refreshing, but it was still too cold for me. Right after check-in we went out for dinner. We were really hungry from all the hiking.

We had to choose between three menus at dinner. Manuel got a steak and I ordered the vegetarian menu with pesto noodles. The third option was vegan!
