The Blogname

Why Chic Choolee. That‘s a really good question. One of my nicknames is July so I changed the word July into the french word „Jolie“, which means pretty. This word , I then changed into „Choolee“ because of the writing and combining it with „Chic“. All in all – finding the name was pretty spontaneous.

Where are you from?

Since birth I have been living in Austria. To be more precise: I’m living in the north of austria – near the Neusiedler See – in the province of Burgenland.

How can you afford all the travelling?

A lot of my readers asked me how I can afford to travel that often. I don’t have a rich boyfriend or parents and I don’t grow money on trees. The answer is:

..…you need to learn how to live with less.I try to keep my expenses low. I don’t live in a luxurious apartment, no gym membership and I rarely go to the restaurant. I work hard (I had up to 3 jobs once), which means that I am working to 50 hours a week. I work full time at my regular job and I am writing this blog as well. What do you do for a living?

I have a “real Job”. I am working from monday to thursday in a medical facility, which means that I am not a fulltime blogger. Blogging is a parttime job – parttime hobby

My Camera

I am taking my pictures with a Canon EOS 70D. Most of the time I am using the EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM lens while travelling. Furthermore I am using a 50mm lens from Canon and a 50mm lens from Sigma for outfits and product pictures. I prefer the zoom lenses, if i’m on the go.

Do you wear extension?

Which languages do you speak?

My native language is german and I am fluent in english.

How tall are you? How old are you and how much do you weigh?

I am 180cm tall, 25 years old and my birthday is on the 11.01.1991. I’m not really sure about my weigh – it varies between 56 and 58kg.

Who designed your blogtemplate?

I am responsible for most of the themes features. I’m producing the content on my own – but sometimes my good friend – who’s a web developer – helps me. In case you need help, I can provide you his contact information. :-)
